Afrihost Service Levels

Afrihost does not live up to it's promises. In the past their service levels were impressive, even here in Cape Town. Now, after 2 years of having been with this ISP, their service levels have just fallen by the way. Their stream starts buffering badly after 18h00 which indicates an unacceptable service / user contention ratio. Their promised throughput speed also never exceeds 80%.
