Afrihost service is terrible broken promises

For the past 3 months I have experienced terrible service they don’t debit on my account then close the service so that I can pay reconnection fee extra for something I did not do. I have done it all to communicate with them but all their promises brings the same thing my account then I must pay more to reconnect. Yesterday I call them as no data was available after we paid for the areas and the top up data too was not added. Yesterday they apologised for their poor service promise to call me but nothing. After we spoke yesterday today I wake up with sms from them saying I am owing R400 plus which I dont know is for what. I am deeply disappointed to Afrihost after years of their service then I must run like a headless chicken to have what I paid for twice still no data on my phone.
