AFRIHOST SERVICE IS PATHETIC!!!!😡

Worst experience, my internet has been down for 10+ days. I called the customer service line every day with no success. They gave me false promises that vodacom will come to my home to sort out the technical issue which never happened. Vodacom has a technical issue that can't be resolved in more than 10 day, that's absolutely disgusting seeing that its such a big company. Afrihost promised me a call back from management because apparently there's no management at the call center supervising their staff to take my call, there was NO CALL BACK. They literally gave me no feedback on my issue but expected me to rate their service. It was the worst experience!!!.
