Afrihost service is nonexistent

We've paid for the month and been kept on hold without service for a more than a week now. An email was even sent to the CEO and he gives us generic responses, just as useless as his staff. Multiple tickets have been logged on a daily basis to no avail or service, not a single ticket has been resolved, not a single person has come to the house. Excuses are made was generic apologise left, right and center.
