Afrihost service is atrocious

No care for customer service. Whatsapp assistants ignore you or will give you **** ref nrs just so they can close your chat and get paid for "resolving" a problem that is never fixed or even logged onto the system. Asks you to follow up with Vodacom when it is their responsibility to retrieve necessary info. When I threatened to cancel they immediately sent me cancelation web link. Hopeless.
