Afrihost service has dropped
I am no longer a proud customer of Afrihost.<br> <br> Your speeds have dropped. I need to reset two numbers daily. Every-time you do reset, it remains fine until the next morning when the ritual is repeated.<br> <br> To reset I have to send an email and it can take up to TWELVE HOURS for you to do reset.<br> <br> My productivity is suffering. Your service is just not viable.

Your ADSL line and your ADSL connection should be stable enough in most cases, that you would definitely should not need to be requesting multiple resets in a day.
We will be sending you an update directly with an account on our brand new ADSL test network, that runs on a new backbone, if possible, can you please switch to that account and see if your overall experience improves.
We definitely want to ensure that this issue is resolved, and using this new account will greatly help us in identifying the issue.
