Afrihost Service from great to the absolute worst.

I have had great experience with Afrihost in the past which lead me to get a upgrade onto a new package. But I have made a big mistake over the past few years this have clearly gone sideways when it comes to customer service. Trying to get information and assistance from the sales team as to the best way to migrate from my current package was a nightmare. Now with the order placed no one can actually give me a straight answer as to what status the debit order is or where the package is, added to this I keep getting an email requesting validation on my debit order. Also every response I sent to an email from the customer service reps. were NEVER received a response. Its very simple I need to know WHEN the debit or is coming off, WHERE my package and HOW to track it as none of the prompts or systems that are in place work. So disappointed in Afrihost, a great shame.
