AFRIHOST SERVICE FREQUENTLY DOWN

Disappointed with unavailable connection of afrihost, in a month we have 3 to 4 interruption of service which we pay fully for. It's a weekend and all my household devices depend on fibre , basically we have no TV today because Afrihost is down and they can't even give turn around time because VUMA has not informed. I need reimbur*****t every time I am without service because I have to
