Afrihost service

I app**** for fibre with Afrihost and the line was installed and rooter delivered.When i realized that the wi fi is not active i was told that Vumatel allocated me to Supersonic.200 messages and 50 phone calls later and i am still nowhere.I visited Supersonic who confirmed it was cleared as well as Vumatel.This was confirmed this morning by Afrihost,still no wi fi.5 Hours later i received a mail from Afrihost stating that its still allocated to Vumatel.The service is shocking,stay away from Afrihost
