AFRIHOST SERVICE DELIVERY IS A MASTERCLASS IN DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!

Dealing with Afrihost is one of the worst experiences in my existence. For nearly 20 days my internet has been having issues. Afrihost email tech support couldn't possibly move any slower. If they did, they would achieve the impossible and travel backwards in time. Tickets get created. Escalations logged. Tickets get closed but the issue has not been resolved. Vuma and Afrihost spent over a week pointing fingers at each other. Vuma came to my residence twice and ran all the tests they could. The conclusion was that their side was fine and the issue was with Afrihost. I requested to speak to a manager twice today and he didn't take my call. Managers do not return emails. All Afrihost want is your money. And they will not even consider offering a refund if they are unable to provide the service that you pay for. I would never recommend Afrihost to anyone. I'd rather recommend Rain Mobile or Telkom than encourage anyone to sign up with Afrihost. When the service gets delivered, its smooth sailing. When you have an issue, you have a better chance of winning the National Lottery than having Afrihost resolve it in a swift manner. Afrihost has earned their 1,8 Trust Rating on this site.
