Afrihost - Service apalling - especially on whatsapp

We have been without wi-fi since Thursday . I have contacted Afrihost over and over again and all their agents have no clue what's happening. Took forever to eventually load a ticket, Vumatel has still no resolved the problem. Afrihost has no idea when it will be resolved - even closed my neighbours tickets without resolving the issue,
