Afrihost service and reliability terrible

Always issues with fibre speeds, network connections, increasing costs frequently. Today again. I am paying for a 50mbps up and down line. But my speed Tests at 17 and 20. And then buffering and then connected no internet. 5g is working but not 2.4g so no streaming on tvs And then they blame frogfoot and you wait and wait and wait. Unacceptable. When I phone rain for a silly little router and speed problem once in 3yrs it is sort immediately without me having to crawl around routers and plug in and Out cables and Laptop. ag no afrihost. What and. I paying for???
