AFRIHOST SERVICE

Worst service ever. I have contacted them so many times just to be told that the previous owners did not cancel their ISP and I need them to do so (Please tell me how should I do that if you don't know them). Then told that there is a 30 day waiting period for the previous contract to be cancelled. How is it possible if you are the owners of the line for this to be in place?? Your staff does not have product knowledge and that is why this happening!!
