Afrihost server down for 36 hours

<p>The server that hosts my business has been down for more than 36 hours. I have been on the telephone to them for hours and the problem has not been resolved.</p> <p>Every time I have to explain my problem to a new consultant. They put me through to the next consultant etc. etc. etc.</p> <p>The manager, Vaughn , promised me the problem will be resolved within 24 hours. It was not. When I tried to get hold of him again he could not take my call. </p> <p>Afrihost was not even aware that their server has crashed - I had to inform them that the server was down !!!!</p>
