Afrihost - Selling products based on lies, deception and false pretenses - STAY AWAY!

After dealing with Afrihost for almost 3 weeks, spending numerous calls and 'live chat' conversations.

Till date (3 weeks + later) still havent received the router, I had to contact them for any feedback or similar.

Now, today, on a 'live chat' a Goodman, L informed me that my area and order has been placed on what they refer to as a 'snooze'.

I must say after hearing mixed reviews from friends and family of Afrihost I am beyond gutted. The initial stage of selling a product to me they were friendly, made all the right promises and re-assurances and made that whole process fairly quick! After signing up and given all my sensitive information such as bank details etc.

Now, I was told that they cannot assist me and will not be able to take my order any further. This after I followed up every second day to get feedback. I was never informed about the snooze.

I am beyond disappointed and will advise any one to stay away!

The beginning it is a beautiful picture painted and that is pretty much it!

Afrihost - you truly and honestly sold me a product on false claims. Thank you for nothing
