Afrihost se Moer!!!!

Afrihost must be the worst ISP in the country by a mile!!!!! After ordering there 10/10 fiber product it took them over a month to send me a router, by which time my line needed to be reactivated, which I waited even longer to get fixed!! I went with them as they were cheaper than everyone else, during the time it took them to get me a router they had increased their prices... something I only found out at the time of activation. The service is poor and the internet keep dropping. Less than a month in I tried to cancel this horrid service, only to be met with more poor service and when I did finally get hold of someone I am told there is a R999 cancelation fee????? For what???? the router it took you a month and a half to get to me???????? and now when asking if they could take it back or something I can pay over 2-3 months they say no??? So in essence I am paying nearly 2K for 1 month of internet?????
