Afrihost ********

I am paying for a 4Mbps line and access from Afrihost. The line was not syncing at the correct speed and I complained. This was fixed, but now I am being charged for a line upgrade. How is this possible when I have been paying for a 4Mbps line all along? Obviously I never received what I paid for, and refuse to pay the line upgrade charge. I have sent several emails to Afrihost, but it just gets ignored, probably in the hopes that I would only cancel this service after the 25th so I can get billed for another month.,...
