Afrihost ****! No value for money! Always off-line!

Fail service from Afrihost fiber! No value for money! *********** strategies!

I reported no internet service from Afrihost from 8-18 Dec 2022 i.e. 10 days. They came back online on the 19 Dec 2022. So I paid for services but did not get service logic says I should request my monies back for no service and I did so and Afrihost says no, what did I pay Afrihost to do?

Bare in mind the same happened in from 7-15 Nov 2022 and I got a credit note as no services were provided.

The issue with these guys: 1. Frequent Outages: They do not provide services for lengthened periods. Nov and Dec 2022 together +-20 days. 2. Inconsistencies: In Nov 2022 they did the right thing and provided a credit note and in Dec 2022 they are saying no. This may be a result of many people asking for their money back as they didn't receive service. As a cost saving measure Afrihost is de*****ing its clients - they take your money and do not provide you service when you ask for your money they say no, this is classic ****. This implies that I paid a premium amount but go nothing back in value.

Bottom-line: we pay for services rendered not outages or no services.
