Afrihost **** cuatomers

I have only had fibre for 5 days and in the 5 days it's only worked for 2 days even though I have made a month payment. I called the technical service desk today ( because no can help during the weekend, which is a suprise ) . The technician promised to check my line and provide a solution today at 17:00, I left work early to make it time for the call and nothing. I needed fibre urgently and so far they have let me down.
