This company will make deductions after u cancel with them and refuse to refund u. i have signed up with them and i could not use their service because it requires a OTP pin from thr registered cell number, being abroad on business i could not receive a OTP which i explained to them, i immediately cancelled the service. Ram Kumar emailed me back the next day asking my reasons for cancellation. (i stated clearly in my email why before my server was even created)

a week later i get a surprise bank notification that money was deducted from the very same GUPTA linked company.

i emailed them requesting a refund and this was their response

Please be advised that we do not take email as confirmation of cancellation.

Please also be advised that the server for this dedicated hosting service was already set up.

Therefore we cannot credit for this.
