I took the Cell C LTE promo with them. I only took a SIM at R350pm. After being dissatisfied with the service I cancelled it ON THE ADVICE OF THEIR SUPPORT. Now I receive a cancellation fee invoice of R999.00 as I cancelled within 6 months. They are insisting that its in their terms and conditions however that's to cover the cost of the modem which I did not take from them or receive. As far as I am concerned they are ******** me because I am being charged a cancellation fee for a product that was cancelled on their advice and to top it off its a product that does not perform as promised. LTE more like dial up.
