Afrihost sales people false promises

But, when I moved over from another provider to Afrihost the sales person explained that ill get 500g unlimited at 100mps.

After the first month i was told that we are now throttled at 150g down to 10mps.

This was not what i signed up for. This was not what was advertised by the sales person.

When I queried this i was told they never offered this as a package. But the sales person sold me this. And its because of this I moved over. The other problem I sit with is that in my area, not many providers can help with wifi lines as Im out of most provider's service range.

I asked them to listen to the phone calls and get back to me, they never have.

Also, all of a sudden last month my usage is sky high but during the day i am at work 10 to 13 hour shifts and when i called to quiry this they couldn't tell me where the data goes. And after the phone call all of a sudden my usage comes down to normal again..... So who is logged in on my profile through their system and using my data.

I do like Afrihost because reception is really good, they update promptly on issues and solve it promptly.
