Afrihost ****s through their promotions

Afrihost ****s people into signing up with their promotions. I specifically signed up with Afrihost when moving into our new house as they were having a special for the 1st 2months to pay R497p/m instead of R797p/m for a fibre package. I called in for assistance to sign up for this and the agent assisted me in signing up for this special and advised that I had to state migrated line on the application due to previous occupants of the home having fibre with another provider. The agent then made me continue the sign up and advised that I would be billed pro-rata and thereafter I would be billed the discounted price for the first 2 months, thereafter it would be R797p/m. Since signing up I have been billed the R797p/m, never the discounted promised price. When I called in the agents were extremely rude and abrupt, they did not know their own specials that are actually still available till today and advised that the promotion actually does not apply to me due to us clicking migrated line on the application and that the agent **** to us that we would get the discount advertised. Extremely upset by the service offered by afrihost, ****s and horrible client care. Cool Ideas never ever gave these issues at my previous location and if not for this special advertised from afrihost I would have just went with COOL Ideas from the start. Afrihost extremely terrible service and no transparency.
