AFRIHOST RUINED MY CAREER

Afrihost is the worst company ever, I have never seen a company that does NOT have any sympathy towards there customers.

I am a new customer to Afrihost and missed just one payment because I was overseas for work and just got back last night and my services was suspended so i contacted Afrihost to activate my services till month end and I will pay extra not a problem because I and this very important presentation that I had to do at 11am today which would have a had great impact on career growth at my company but yet no1 at Afrihost was helpful. Even the lady in the accounts department Lee-Ann was straight forward to me. I really assumed that Afrihost values customers. Thank you Afrihost for tarnishing my career and not for understanding my situation. I will never recommend Afrihost to anyone due to the way I have been treated for being a new customer. All I wanted was an extension till month end and was prepared to pay extra but i was refused the extension. So take your services and stick it where the sun doesn't shine because I will not be doing business with Afrihost ever again. You ruined my life and I will make my duty to ruin yours.
