Afrihost rude, deleting support tickets and not responding!

The ticket was for incorrect info displaying and forcing me to buy more data. They accepted the fault but doesn't want to refund my money due to the fault.

The person that rep**** to my support ticket was rude and condescending, also did not solve anything. When I rep**** to get a answer no one rep**** back. I have since rep**** again with no answer back. They also deleted the ticket off my dashboard to try and hide it I guess. Simply put, extremely unprofessional service that won't get resolved. This ticket has been open for a week already.
