afrihost ******* speeds and customer service

i have a 40mbps vuma reach fibre through afrihost. i am so frustrated with the service i am receiving from afrihost. every day my download speeds drop below 5mbps. i cannot stream or use my smartphone properly. when i complain all they know to ask for is a speed test on a p.c. or laptop. that's really ****ing me off because i dont have a p.c.or laptop. then I'm told to go and find a p.c. can you imagine a customer being treated like that. i also requested a call back . but afrihost does nothing. all they know is LAN speed test. its like I'm hitting my head on a wall dealing with these idiots . they frustrated me to an extent that i became vulgar with them . thats how fed up i am . i am paying R529 for 40mbps. but i cannot get that . on a good day the most i get is 30mbps. i am really being ****** . i contacted vuma on several occasions. their tech checked the equipment at my house and concluded that all is fine and the problem is with afrihost. after all that they still put blame on vuma and cut my speed to 30mbps and then it drops to below 5mbps. i really had enough. i am going to move over to openserve and a different isp .
