Afrihost robbing clients by saying dwbit orders bounced

I joimed Afihost in March 2026 a deal thst included router it was around R589 then first router worked second day I saw red light and got a message saying I have moved my router to another location which was not true. I communicated with their technical team via whatsap upon investigation they found out that router was not moved but was using network from another location they will investigate and come back to me. I waited nothing hapenned then they billed me without using their data. I paid that amount for nothinf R1145.00. I then set up debit order for them to debit they will keep on saying it bounced while there are enough funds on my accounts and I suspect they do that in purpose so to increase clients bill by adding admin charge so I am warning other users this company is not ethical at all and they increase my bill to R639 a month instead of R589 I signed for I called their accounts people no one was able to give me clear respomse why they did that as initialy they said they increase in June. So users beware of this company
