Terrible first time experience. I ordered a fiber line online, their system duplicated the order. I spoke to two or 3 different agents about my invoice as I did not understand why the amount was that much. I was told to not worry when they make the debit only R1479 for the installation would be taken. I woke up to about almost R4000 taken from my account. It left me with an overdrawn, which it keeps growing by the day as I’m an FNB customer. It took a day for them to take my money but when they have to pay it back they are telling me it will take up to 14days. Their agents don’t know what they are talking about and their system is not user friendly and flawed.
