Afrihost Rivonia

Unacceptable and very bad service on delivery of purchased wifi sim. Repeated attempts to rectify and staff at Rivonia office had bad approach and attitude. Eventually i cancelled the service and demanded a refund for billing on services not rendered.

Worst logistics planning EVER! I still have a fibre line with afrihost and am actively looking for a more responsible, reliable host with staff that are well mannered
