Afrihost refusing to close my Clientzone account

Afrihost is refusing to remove me from their ClientZone. According to law no company is allowed to refuse such a request. Gian and Afrihost is using client details to constantly spam them about new package details and possibly selling client info. There is no other reason to refuse removing client details especcially when the client have no outstanding funds owed to Afrihost.

Furthermore Afrihost *****elently deducts funds from accounts before payment method is verified.

I would Afrihost to completely remove my details from every and all of their systems. Also a written apology from Gian should be in order.
