Afrihost refuses to unlock my domain
I got an email that my account has been suspended and that I should find another service provider. I found another service provider and I want to move my account to Hetzner however Afrihost has locked my domain so Hetzner cannot not take over the domain!!! I have called over 5 times and no one can help me. Everyone is just giving me the run around! Its been 2 weeks now requesting the domain to be unlock but nothing is happening. i WANT TO MOVE MY DOMAIN RIGHT NOW!!!!

Due to your poor payment history, we have unfortunately made the decision to stop providing services to you. Your domain has been unlocked but please note we advise against moving of domains during the domain renewal period as this causes problems with the registrar.
Your domain is unlocked. If you wish to transfer it, you may do so. We wish you all the best with your new provider.
