AFRIHOST REFUSES TO RELEASE FINER LINE

We recently moved and the previous owners had an Afrihost fiber line, which was cancelled TWO YEARS AGO! I have been struggling for two weeks trying to get Afrihost to release my Fiber line so I can activate my line with a different ISP. Promise every day that it would be released at Midnight, and every day NOTHING. I am disgusted at the service, and I would not recommend Afrihost to anyone.
