Afrihost refuses to give me airtime I paid for.

Every month I pay afrihost for airtime + data and they give me R118 worth of minutes for making calls. January 1st, my phone was off until the 3rd. I didn't make a single call. When I switched on my phone it had zero minutes. I talked to an agent, they said their systems have a problem and apologised. They were to allocate my usual minutes. I check airtime the next day they had allocated R10 to me. I then proceeded to inquire and they have been sending me from pillar to post ever since. Month is almost over and still no minutes
