Afrihost refuse to reimburse.

Nothing much to say except this company refuses to reimburse 4-5 days downtime for a full amount paid on a prepaid 40mb line.

Every person internally says that it's against company policies to reimburse

Gian there was money that was paid for a service.

If the service wasn't met money should be reimbursed for downtime days although it may be with another line provider we pay you guys for the service and it wasn't met why doesn't Afrihost pay back for downtime days?
