Afrihost refusal to refund

I signed my mother up for a 1gb data subscription. For some reason two sim cards were dispatched for two subscriptions. I queried the error after two payments went off the account and subsequently one subscription was cancelled. The extra monthly subscription was refunded but they refuse to refund the courier fee for the extra simcard.
