AFRIHOST RECEPTION?!?!?!?!?

<p> I was recently at Afrihost, and i encountered the receptionist, a dark haired girl who was so incredibly rude! I waited at least a minute before she opened the door for me as she was too busy on her computer. and when I walked in i was recieved with an ugly look on her face and a huff and puff when i asked for assistance. her phone manners were even more appauling as i watched her slam the phone down on a client. when I asked to speak to a manager she refused to assist me and instead told me to have a seat and wait my turn. I do not understand how they can hire such an awful person, she has no manners or customer service s****s. I was however eventually helped by a blonde lady who was very helpful and directed me to a sales person, but i left without my services being ocmpleted because at that point i was frustrated and tired of waiting. </p> <p>How can this girl be a front line staff member??? she is the face of your company when you walk in and you are treated so rudely.??? its appauling really.</p>
