Afrihost really not worth it

I don't know how many service tickets I've had to log with Afrihost before they take a person seriously. I've reached a point where I don't care where the fault is anymore since I pay Afrihost a nice sum every month do do pretty much nothing at all and hope that I don't complain further.<br> My line has been extremely unreliable and disconnecting seemingly at random times. There is so much noise on the line that when it works, the service is degraded. When it works close to how it should, then it lasts for maybe 2 days before it all goes to hell again.<br> Honestly, you can try to log tickets via their 'great and wonderful' ClientZone but don't hold your breath on anybody actually coming back to you. I am at tired of their lack of service and can only advise people to rather look at Telkom's LTE or another service provider...Afrihost has become too big to care.
