Afrihost Rate limiting of shared SMTP servers

Hi,<br> <br> Since about 2 weeks ago our relays are getting rate limited by Afrihost we never had issues with this before and the mails volumes on these relays has more or less always been the same. This issue is not only degrading our service but it is degrading all our clients service from Afrihost because all their incoming email is being delayed. I have sent various emails to Afrihost in the last couple of days with no response.<br> <br> Afrihost is now telling the clients that it is up to us to rate limit our smtp servers, this is total bull ^*^% we haven't had any issue in the past and we dont have the issue with an other ISP's.<br> <br> We have always punted Afrihost service's to family and other businesses, I must say that I a very disappointed in the way this urgent matter is being attended to. <br> <br> If a rate limit was to be app**** should this not be done on domain rather than IP? Basically any shared smtp relay is going to have the same issue in the future with Afrihost with the new rate limiting...<br> <br> PLEASE HELP US SORT THIS OUT..<br> <br>
