Afrihost + Rain = Bad storm

In Nov 2017 I signed up for Afrihost & Rain's LTE service offering (fixed wireless) promising speeds of up to 50Mbps.

In the first month the speeds were good (20/30Mbps) but then it started deteriorating. End Dec 2017 I informed Afrihost of this and they've been 'looking into it with Rain' since then. I have contacted them by all means (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, email, phone calls etc) but they still have NOT been able to resolve the matter of slow speeds. Between 11pm-8am the speeds are acceptable but, other than those times, you'd be lucky to see 2Mbps. This is a pain if you want to stream anything.

I stated that I would write a complaint about this if they can't resolve the matter. It has now come to this unfortunately. False advertising is a big thing and, if not fixed, I will cancel the package and ill advise all my friends and colleagues against using Afrihost as a fixed wireless provider.
