Afrihost pure internet Pain!

This use to be a top notch company when Gian still cared about growing the company and looking after his customers but sadly it seems that nowadays Afrihost is not much better then Telkom and the other monster companies out there that completely lost touch with their customer base. Gian, is acceptable to sit on hold waiting for an agent to talk to you for over 45 minutes?, or trying over and over to contact your technician staff on WhatsApp but to no avail?... how would you like to be treated this way? Is there something wrong with my money?.. please let me know as I've got a number hosted domain with you but currently non of them are be able to send or receive email !?.. What did you guys change !??? I would appreciate it if a real live person in your technical servive centre can call me to sort the problems, that is if it's not too much trouble for your technical staff, thanks.
