Afrihost, Pure Internet Nightmare

Afrihost. Pure Internet Joy they say. Stay away!!!!! In reality Afrihost is a Pure Internet Nightmare. Been having issues with connectivity sine 23 April 2019 with no solution from Afrihost. Lots of blaming Rain and making other excuses for their incompetence. Lat person I spoke to, Ntlantla Nkiti (also unable to resolve anything) informed me that the support that was required is not provided over weekends. Although I have full reception on my router I do not have internet connectivity. According to Rain this is because the tower my router uses is over utilised (this took Afrihost three weeks to determine). Resolving the issue requires changing settings on the router so it will use a different tower. Afrihost's technical support would have called me back to make said changes. However, in almost a week they neglected to do so. When I tried to contact them after hours (as I actually work during the day) I was informed that Afrihost's help line only functions during office hours. I thus took to emailing my issues. Received emails back with some worthless solutions. Once again tried solving issue over the weekend (11 May 2019) but were told Afrihost doe snot provide this type of support over weekends. If you are looking for a service provider that *****s your money (as they take money from your account without providing promised service of Pure Internet Joy) then certainly spend your money well on Afrihost. If you are like me and expect the best service for the money you pay, without any excuses and *********** employees that think they can treat you like a *****, then stay as far away from Afrihost as you possibly can. I would also like to predict that Afrihost will not respond to this post as well, as it is not part of their business policy to respond to anything. What happened to business ethics????
