Afrihost-Pure internet “JOY”

Signed up with Afrihost, and the guys installed once the installation was completed the installer stated that it will take an hour for them to activate my line . It’s been 2days now and it’s still not activated a contracted Afrihost 5 times today and they keep on saying Vumatel will activate it .

The worst part is that the consultant at Afrihost said that it takes seconds to do . I have canceled my LTE which worked perfectly fine to deal with this nonsense. I will definitely be canceling my subscription to Afrihost and sign up with VOX as I can not be dealing with this kind of customer service.
