One star for answering your phones and being well trained at apologising for the inconvenience and saying you understand. Yet you're doing nothing but point fingers at the cabling company.

I logged a connection call on Tuesday 12:10 which was logged to Vuma. I have been following up everyday 3-4 times. Calling and all I get is screenshots of what's happening. I'm still sitting without connection. I've had to spend additional money to buy data and cancel my work plans waiting for technician - whom you're quick to say is not yours. Yet,I'm contracted to Afrihost.

To say you service is pathetic and appalling is an understatement!!!***7
