Afrihost providing ****py service

I've had bad service before but I must say Afrihost takes the cup. For the past 5 months my Fibre connection has been erratic and today I just have no internet access and the only support I have is through a whatsapp chat with a tech who isn't helpful. Please afrihost get your act together. I'm on the verge of canceling your service.
