Afrihost provide false incormation

Payment for Feb was not made then i requested from Afrihost account department if i make a payment on 3March if that will be for the month of March and not Feb. Their *********** people advised me that 3 march payment will indeed be allocated for march and not feb needless to say they disconnected my services and said they provided me with wring info and they will only reconnect my services once ive paid another months installment. This is ridiculous if you dont pay you dont use how. This is ridiculous
