Afrihost - problem from start, and there is no ending to it!!!

We migrated from one ISP to Afrihost in March 2018, since then we did not have any connection at all; its July 2018 ALREADY!!!.. i have been communication in all different channels possible, countless hours on the phone with no luck.

At one point the call centre even stated there is no infrustructure rolled out in my area; now you tell me how that could be if i had connection with the other ISP via vuma that directly installed the line in January 2018.

This is absolutely disgusting service!!!
