Afrihost price hike

I have 32 packages with Afrihost and am shocked by the recent price increase of which I was given no notice. When I make an enquiry in this regard, I get this dismissive response "As per our terms and condition, we reserve the right to make changes to pricing, and it doesn't happen often". Do you find this acceptable?

Changing the amount of my debit order without notice is theft in my opinion.
