Afrihost! POOREST provider!

I have been with Afrihost for a number of years. The service has never been above par, but recently it has been beyond pathetic. I have a contract with Afrihost which relates to 200mbs download speed required for WFH, at best I usually gat between 20-30mbs but suring the last 2 weeks or so less than 2.5mbs which make any work impossible.

I have. phoned Afrihost twice, after explanation of the issue being put on halt an ultimately the call being terminated.

I would strongly advise against Afrihost for anyone working from home!
