Afrihost poor support

Ridiculous support service. Fibre down for 2 days. Phoned their support number, upon answering I am put through to another department that doesn't answer the phone and then goes engaged. 30 minutes waiting on the phone, no assistance. No available Whatsapp agents, they keep throwing you off onto other agents. Support ticket system doesn't work.
