Afrihost poor srvice

I signed up for a internet package with Afrihost and it has been 2 weeks now without succes. They are blaming the fibre line supplier. I spoke to many agents, including a supervisor at Afrihost, but still no internet.It seems they are not willing or able to contact the fibre supplier and sort out the problem.
